Lie on your back on an exercise mat. Bending your left knee, place your left foot next to the inside of your right knee. Place your left hand on the inside of your left knee and place your right hand on your right hip bone for stabilization. Gently press your left knee outward, feeling a stretch in your inner thigh muscles - the adductors. Relax and return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.
